Jennifer Vega received her Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University (MSMU). Driven by her own experiences, she is passionate about supporting diverse populations, including those facing mental health challenges, substance abuse, and the effects of trauma. Her passion lies in helping individuals navigate these struggles, build resilience, and create a path toward healing and personal growth.

She believes that prevention and early intervention are essential, especially for youth. As a Youth Development Specialist, she is dedicated to uplifting young people by helping them build resilience and reach their full potential. Her goal is to provide the support and guidance they need to overcome obstacles, develop a strong sense of self, and, ultimately, give back to their communities.

For Jennifer, this work is a shared journey of growth. She is committed to learning alongside the youth she serves, fostering resilience, confidence, and a sense of belonging that will empower them to shape a brighter future for themselves and those around them.
